Educational proposal that promotes and disseminates Education for Sustainable Development

Take care of our common home

The Laudato Si' School invites young people from different communities around the world to come into play, contribute its uniqueness and richness, but above all to make ourselves responsible for the debt with our mother earth.

For this, young creatives are invited who want to follow a training path together with other communities of the Laudato Si' School and work as a team to create a sustainable project that addresses a specific need in their local community.

Pedagogical proposal

The Laudato Si' School proposes to respond to the violence with which we treat our mother earth through the “Game of communities” with international and local instances, in person and virtual, in the privacy of the participants and in openness to others, through a year-long training journey. This path will include international trips and virtual and in-person classes, all in the service of being able to create sustainable projects as a team that take care of our common home.

Financing

Together with CAF – Development Bank of Latin America we have developed the “Laudato Si' School” project as an educational proposal that seeks to promote and disseminate Education for Sustainable Development (ESD 2030) based on the vision set forth in the Encyclical Laudato Sí , contributing to the achievement of the Global Educational Pact and the Sustainable Development Goals.
